Information we collect

When enabled, our contact form collects your name, email address, subject, and message. Please do not submit financial account details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to operate and protect the site.

How your information is used

Contact details and messages are used to review inquiries, respond, and prevent abuse. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing communications. We do not sell contact form submissions.

Contact processing and providers

Once configured, the form sends messages through Resend to the business’s designated email inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies contact submissions to reduce automated spam and may process browser and device signals. The form does not submit messages when these services are unconfigured. A success notice is shown only after the email service accepts a message; acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

The application does not keep a separate database of contact submissions. Copies may remain with the email provider, the receiving mailbox, and their backups. Hosting, security, and email providers process information under their own terms and policies, potentially in countries outside your own.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

This implementation includes no advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or cross-site advertising scripts. The contact security check loads only when configured. Hosting access controls and security services may use essential cookies or technical storage. This policy must be updated before adding analytics or advertising technologies.

Retention and deletion

Messages should be retained only as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any related operational obligations.
